Introduction
There are several Email service providers available like Pepipost, Outlook, Hotmail, Yahoo
Mail other than Gmail. So you can link any other Email account (Company/ Business Email) to your
Gmail account by doing some small settings configuration in your Gmail account. This may help you to easily
monitor your inbox (receiving) mails from your Company/ Business Email account and your Gmail account
itself.
To Link New Email Account to Gmail
1. Firstly, you must Sign-in your Gmail account. After successfully sign in you will
be redirected to Gmail Inbox.
2. Next Locate and Select the ⚙️ icon on the top-right
corner of the page and click Settings from the drop-down options.
3. Next go to the Accounts and Import tab. Then
Click Add a mail account in the Check mail from other accounts section:
4. Provide the new email address and proceed with the configuration wizard by
clicking next as below.
5. Complete the required details (User name, Password, Server Address, Port, Label, etc) as shown below.
9. After completing the above step, the confirmation code received to new mailbox should be entered in the confirm verification section and click “verify” as shown below.
